1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website WalkFree.net or using the WalkFree VPN Telegram bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Provision

WalkFree VPN provides a private network solution using VLESS Reality protocols. We strive to provide maximum uptime and speed; however, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee specific speeds, as they depend on your ISP and global network conditions.

3. Fair Usage Policy & Prohibited Activities

To ensure a high-quality experience for "The Pack," users must strictly follow these rules. Violation will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Torrents & P2P: Downloading or seeding copyrighted material via BitTorrent or similar protocols. This is the primary cause of server IP blacklisting.
• Spamming: Using the VPN to send unsolicited mass emails or marketing materials.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, performing DDoS attacks, or port scanning.
• Illegal Content: Accessing or distributing content that is illegal under international law.
• Reselling: Sharing or reselling your personal VPN keys to third parties.

4. Account & Device Limits

Your subscription plan dictates the number of simultaneous connections allowed:

• Trial & Early Bird: 1 device.
• Standard: Up to 2 devices.
• Alpha Gaming: Up to 5 devices.

Systematic sharing of keys across multiple users beyond these limits will result in an automatic account lock.

5. Traffic quotas

Each plan comes with a monthly data limit (e.g., 40GB, 50GB, 80GB). Once the limit is reached, the connection will be suspended until the next billing cycle or until additional traffic is purchased. Unused traffic does not roll over to the next month.

6. Termination of Service

WalkFree.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

WalkFree VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or security breaches on the user's side.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital service standards. Any disputes shall be resolved through our official support channels.
