1. General Terms
Since WalkFree VPN provides non-tangible, digital goods, we generally do not issue refunds once the subscription is activated. However, we believe in a fair "Value-for-Value" model.
2. 24-Hour "Doesn't Work" Guarantee
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, you are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase, provided that:
- You have contacted our support team to attempt to resolve the issue.
- The issue is on our server side and cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Trial Period
We offer a 7-day trial (limited to the first 100 users) to ensure the service meets your needs before committing to a paid plan. We highly recommend using the trial or the "Early Bird" plan to test compatibility with your ISP.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You simply changed your mind or "don't need it anymore."
- Your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., performing illegal activities or spamming through the VPN).
- The refund request is made after the 24-hour window from the purchase.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via our official Telegram support bot. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or crypto network. Please note that transaction fees (especially for crypto payments) may be deducted from the refund amount.
